Please be advised that the above posted rate is a base rate and subject to change dependent [and contingent upon,] either the simplicity or complexity of the project.
(Example: the more complex, the more time is spent in designing and creating. Meaning this can get pretty expensive, so it’s important to discuss the parameters when asking for a price.)
Deposits for Services
In instances where the prices that you are quoted are over $300, a minimum of $100 will be required at the start of a project/contract/job. You, the client, will not be billed/invoiced for services unless this has been discussed and agreed to, prior. You, the client, also are not required to pay for complete services until the project/contract/job is complete. (Tips, are always appreciated too!)
